MCFADYEN

Mrs. Teresa Spence McFadyen, 37, of Winston-Salem passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2002, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. She was born Jan. 2, 1965, in Forsyth County to Robert and Connie Rudisill Spence. Mrs. McFadyen was a member of Ardmore Church of Christ. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother and sister. She was preceded in death by her mother, Connie R. Spence. Surviving are her husband, Mr. Jerry McFadyen; and a daughter, Kristy McFadyen, both of the home; her father, Robert Spence and wife Rheta of Winston-Salem; three sisters, Mrs. Sandy Trivette and husband Chese of Walker-town, Mrs. Brenda Hooker and husband Tommy of Lexington and Mrs. Cathy Coley and husband J.W. of Winston-Salem; a stepsister, Mrs. Vickie Russell and husband Ed of Burke, Va.; and a brother, Chris Spence and wife Nancy of Mocksville. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Ardmore Church of Christ, with David Woolard officiating. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. Mrs. McFadyen will lie in state at the church 30 minutes before the service. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 this evening at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel and other times at the home of Robert Spence. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ardmore Church of Christ Benevolence Fund, 1515 S.
